Shipping & Return Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping
 

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays that are outside of our control.
 

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
 

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office.
 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
 

However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  •  Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • ​A brief description of the issue

We will be happy to work with you to resolve the problem.
